Update July 2021:

Unfortunatley, I am unable to take on any new clients at the moment. If you would like to be added to my waiting list please get in touch using the form on my Contact page.

I will do my utmost to accomodate previous clients needing support at this time so please do get in touch.

I am now seeing clients again in-person, with appropriate measures in place, as well as continuing to work remotely using either Zoom or Skype.

This is a stressful time for most of us. We all have our own issues and worries. We all have different levels of ability to help us cope, and awareness to understand what is happening in our world.

Please be kind and considerate to everyone.

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I’ll meet you there. Rumi

Welcome to my website. If you’re here, you are likely to be looking for someone to help you with a problem you are experiencing. Maybe you don’t even know what the problem is but you know something isn’t right and you’d like to explore that. Looking is a great start as it signifies both an awareness that there is something that needs to change and that you are ready to do this, or maybe on the cusp of being ready.

An important part of counselling, psychotherapy, soulful coaching or any other form of therapeutic work is that the person seeking help has taken the step to accept responsibility for their own healing. I work in many ways but they all have one thing in common. I am a facilitator providing you with the space, skills and therapeutic relationship for you to heal yourself, find your own solutions and determine what to change. You know yourself best and you know intrinsically what you need to do. You just might need some help accessing that part of you.

It is really important that you find the right person to work with when working therapeutically as you need to feel safe so that you can be open and honest about what is going on for you. I may or may not be the right person. Explore the site and if it resonates with you then that’s a good sign. Please do get in touch. If not, I wish you well with your onward search.

Supervision / Reflective Practice
For fellow practitioners and other people who work in the helping professions, I offer supervision and a space for reflective practice. Please see my Supervision page. Supervision can also be useful to anyone requiring a confidential space for reflective practice on their work, clients, professional and personal development.
